I am unable to download my purchase

There could be a few common reasons why you cannot download your files.
First, the security setup in your organization is blocking the download.  Please try to download the files using another network such as your home network.
Second, you have reached the 3 maximum allowed downloads. Please open a support ticket and we can re-set your download limit.
Third, the download time limit of 2 hours has expired. We do this for added security. Please open a support ticket and we can re-set this for you,.
If you still have problems please open a support ticket with the order number and your name and will re-send you the download link.
