About the Help Center


The ITIL Help Center– a self-service knowledge base and a community Questions & Answers (Q&A) forum.

The ITIL Help Center is divided into three categories:

  • General Help - Here, you can find frequently asked questions about our products, support, website and terms and conditions.
  • ITIL Guidance & Tips - Here, you can find information about the ITIL lifecycle stages, ITIL processes, ITIL implementation, ITIL training and certification.
  • Community Q&A Forum - If you are unable to find answers in our knowledge base, you can turn to the community to ask your questions and receive answers. Questions can include topics related to ITIL processes, ITIL implementation, IT best-practices, ideas and suggestions.
  • If you have a specific question about our products, you can simply contact support and we will get back to you.
